First Christmas

Here is my 2nd year Christmas picture. It took me about 2 hours to draw and an hour or so to color. I used pencil, paper and colored pencils, as I always use, when I drew this. Preparing for Christmas made it difficult to find time to draw, so it may have been a bit rushed. I like how it turned out, though, and I hope everyone enjoys it. I didn't have much time to draw this, so I decided to keep it pretty simple. I only drew the younger chocobos and the cactuars this time around. They are all busying themselves with getting ready for Christmas. Angel and Nova were given the duty of playing Santa for the others, Selphie having given them their Santa hats and Angel's ribbon. Seeing as this is Cactuarise' first Christmas, she is a bit confused about everything. She had been told what Christmas was, but had never seen it before. She's doing her best while carrying and candy cane though. Shine and Blanc are excitedly waiting for Angel to drop the presents by the tree. This is Blanc's first Christmas with the Leonhart family, but he is well aware about what Christmas is. Since Selphie as left him be so far, he is in quite a good mood. Cactuarama and Cactuarina are watching everything from the tree. They're watching to make sure the excited chocobos don't trample their child. Knight and Night are with Squall and Rinoa, off on a walk in the woods. Mogki is with Souji and Julia, visiting with Grandpa Laguna and Aunt Ellone, who came to celebrate Christmas with them this year.
